In development. motionAI is not available yet. These pages describe how it is being built to work.

From client folder to filing-ready packet

How motionAI is being designed to work: six steps inside motionAI, then one that stays with the attorney.

  1. Ingest

Point motionAI at the client's folder. Each file is hashed, uploaded encrypted, read with OCR and classified.

  2. Check the evidence

motionAI compares the folder with an evidence checklist for the filing and shows what is missing. It warns when a name, date of birth or A-number differs between documents.

  3. Draft

The form or motion is filled from the documents. Each value links to its document, page and exact quote, or to a rule. Anything uncertain stays blank and is flagged "Not found in sources".1

  4. Verify

A paralegal or attorney checks every field, one at a time. A value can be edited on the PDF preview of the official form, and then it must be verified again.2

  5. Attest

The attorney passes the attestation gate, which records an AI-review acknowledgement, a timestamp and the verification trail.3

  6. Compile

The server compiles the packet: cover page, filled forms, proposed order where required, exhibit index, tabs, pagination, Bates numbers and proof of service. Where a wet-ink signature is required, the packet includes a signature page to print.

  7. File, by the attorney

motionAI never files anything. The attorney downloads the packet and uploads it to the court or agency portal by hand.4 motionAI has no portal logins and never stores portal credentials.5
