1. How AI is used
motionAI uses large language models, run through Amazon Bedrock under AWS terms, to read documents and draft values. Client data is never used to train models. Every AI-filled value carries a citation or a rule reference, and a value with neither is left blank and flagged. A person verifies every field, and an attorney attests before a packet is released.
2. What AI does not decide
Deadlines, fees and required documents come from a rules catalog with citations, not from the AI model. The attorney reviews, signs and files. motionAI never files anything.
3. Review and attestation
Every field is verified one at a time by a person. Only an attorney can pass the attestation gate, which records the attorney's acknowledgement of ABA Formal Opinion 512.
4. Where AI runs
AI processing runs in AWS US regions (us-east-1, us-east-2, us-west-2). Documents are stored in AWS us-west-2.
5. Limits
AI can be wrong. Declaration review flags risks and does not predict outcomes. Authority that is not in the verified library is shown as unverified. [Counsel to review this page.]
